Holding space, sitting with yourself, just being there with yourself, without judgment, without prejudice, without assumption, simply giving yourself the space to process all you are feeling is how you heal. Sitting with yourself, holding space, staying there noticing what is shifting within you, noticing what is shifting around you, is where you find acceptance. Holding space, sitting with yourself, just being there with is where you can let go and let be, surrender to the experience of where you are, this is how you make peace with what is happening.
Holding space, being there with yourself, acknowledging where you are and giving yourself the space to be with yourself is also where you will find inspiration. Being there with yourself allows you to feel the presence of the inner guidance that is available to you at any time, in this space you can connect to your purest self and find the answers you seek, in this space you can create new beginnings. Being there with yourself, accepting where you are and how you feel is how you heal so you can move on and begin anew.
Creating new beginnings is what life is all about, what you do with where you are creates how life unfolds for you and while you are here holding space with yourself you have the opportunity to design where you want to be. The space between moments, the space between what was that is no longer and what is to come, is exactly where you are meant to be. This is a special space, a moment in time what will soon be no more, appreciating where you are and allowing yourself time to just be with yourself, is an opportunity to connect with the glimmers of light that are within you and allow them to illuminate the way ahead.
Holding space with someone else is special too, to hold space with someone is just to be there with them, without judgment, without assumption, without prejudice, to sit with them as they move through what they are experiencing. You can give them the opportunity to feel safe in your presence, you can give them the opportunity to be themselves as they journey through what is happening, just being there is often all the support they need. By just being there you are comforting them, by just holding their hand as they walk through this experience, you are supporting them.
When we find ourselves in difficult situations or going through a tough time we often feel out of control and the need to take charge of the situation arises, this however is just a reaction to the discomfort we are feeling. Trying to control something that is out of your control will cause you to fight with yourself and this can intensify the situation, whereas accepting and acknowledging what is happening, allows you to identifying how you feel. Surrendering to the situation will help you figure out why you feel what you feel and give you the space to move through what you are feeling. Here in the space of surrender you can connect to the guidance you hold within you and see the light so and the answers to can appear, there is always a way forward, being the best you can be is you in your purest form.
So here in this space where you are, allow yourself to experience it in its fullness, sit with it, be there for yourself and feel your way through. Everything you experience is for the experience it is giving you, this is how you grow, this how you evolve and sometimes you just need to be and let be, to allow and let go, to go with the flow and see where it takes you. When things seem out of your control, allow inspiration to connect you with the purity of your soul, strive to be better, to do better. Always love and accept all that you are and be encouraged by the life you have lived, the life you are living, and the life you are continuing to create. Be there with yourself, always see the light within you, allow the glimmers of hope to guide and connect with your purest self. And see just how amazing you are.
